We can make arrangements for a return, if we can determine that a wig has not been worn, and is in new condition with all tags still attached. There will be a one-time-only exchange. Any returned wig must be shipped to us on a styro head in the same manner that it was shipped to you. The customer will be responsible to pay for shipping the wig back to us. And, if we can determine that the wig has not been worn, you may choose another wig from our site of equal or less value, and you pay for shipping the new wig to you through Paypal. If we determine that the wig is not in new condition, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the wig back to you. You must contact us for approval before you return a wig.
